This policy explains what happens to information when you use the **AGM Rock
Guitar Lessons** application ("the app"), published by AGM Rock Guitar
Lessons, Nottingham, United Kingdom ("we", "us").

## The short version

The app does not ask for your name, your email address, or any other personal
detail, and it has no sign-in. We do not collect, store, or share any personal
information about you. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking
of any kind in the app.

## Information we collect

**None.** The app has no accounts, no forms, and no analytics or advertising
software. We never see who uses the app or what they watch.

The app stores nothing about you on your device beyond the ordinary caches the
system and the video player keep in order to work.

## Third-party services the app contacts

To show you lesson videos and let you contact us, the app makes requests to
services we do not control. Those services receive your device's IP address and
standard technical information (such as your device type and software version)
as an unavoidable part of any internet request. Their own privacy policies
apply to what they do with it.

### YouTube and Google

The lesson list and the video player come from YouTube, which is operated by
Google. The app contacts:

- `www.googleapis.com` — to read the public list of videos on our YouTube
channel
- `i.ytimg.com` — to load video thumbnail images
- `www.youtube-nocookie.com` — to play a video inside the app

The player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which is designed to avoid
setting cookies used for personalised advertising unless you play a video.
Playing a video is a request to YouTube, and Google may record it against your
Google account if you are signed in to Google on your device.

### Our contact page

The **Contact** tab displays the contact form from our website,
`www.agmrockguitars.com`, inside the app. If you submit anything on that page,
it is handled by that website and its form provider, not by the app. The URL
used is `https://www.agmrockguitars.com/#CONTACT`.

## Children

The app contains guitar lessons and is suitable for all ages. We do not
knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because we collect no
information at all. Videos are played through YouTube, and a parent or guardian
should be aware that YouTube's own terms and data practices apply to playback.

## Permissions the app requests

The app requests a single permission:

- **Internet access** — required to load the lesson list, the thumbnails, the
video player, and the booking page.

It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts,
photos, files, or any other personal data on your device.

## Data retention and deletion

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain and nothing
for you to ask us to delete. If you want to remove the app's local caches,
uninstalling the app removes them.

## Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and
change the "Last updated" date above.
